Asbestos Awareness Training
Overview
Asbestos poses a serious threat to health. It is estimated that up to 500,000 non-domestic buildings in the UK contain some form of asbestos and up to 4,000 people die each year as a result of asbestos exposure and this figure is set to increase.
Learning outcome
Safesite's Asbestos Awareness Training Course provides those responsible for Health & Safety with an understanding and appreciation of the legal and practical requirements to protect themselves, their employees and visitors from the risks associated with asbestos on their premises.

Course duration and price
Safesite's Asbestos Awareness Training Course is a one day course.
£195 per delegate for courses held at Safesite Crawley.
Training courses can also be held at your own premises. Prices are based on location and start at £995 for up to 10 delegates.
IOSH Certificate
A certificate is issued by Safesite on completion of the course. Separate certificates can be issued direct from IOSH at an additional charge of £20 per delegate.
