Silver Service
Silver Service is the ideal package for those with large or multiple sites
needing to establish required works and prepare budgets. This service
permits the client to establish and agree work at height in relation to current
legislation and bespoke needs. The brief will vary from client to client, but
would most likely include maintenance work at roof level such as gutter/outlet
cleaning, air-conditioning and extract maintenance, CCTV/external lighting
maintenance, lightning conductor inspections, roof inspections etc. The brief
may also extend to façade maintenance such as window cleaning.
A comprehensive electronic report will be compiled including legislation,
description of areas surveyed, digital photographs, layout drawings, complete
optional solution costs analysis and risk assessment of each and every area
surveyed. A summary report will also be produced, prioritising the suggested
works, if any, for ease of reference.
Cost: £POA
