At Safesite we understand that it is often difficult for companies to keep up to date with changes in legislation or find the time, resources and expertise to enable the required levels of compliance.

As no two company's requirements are the same, we have developed a different approach to Health & Safety - By working closely with you and discussing your requirements we can provide you with the level of service you want and need.

We can carry out one off audits or assessments for specific Workplace Health & Safety issues such as Display Screen Equipment or offer you a contracted service which provides you with the identified services you require. For example, if your company does not have a "Competent Person" then our Occupational Safety & Health Advisor Service would be the best option. If however you already have an H&S "competent person" but require assistance with specialist areas such as Fire or Working at Height Assessments, then our Consultancy Only Service would be ideal for your company.

HEALTH & SAFETY MANAGEMENT SERVICES

The flexibility of our services means that you are not tied into a long term contract and can change from one service option to another, whenever you want. Following an initial meeting and healthcheck, we will provide you with a brief report of our findings and suggested schedule for action. We can then work with you to prioritise the recommendations in line with your budgets.

OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH ADVISOR

This service is ideal for companies who do not have a designated " Competent Person" and would typically include:

• Full audit in accordance with BS OHSAS 18001: 2007 (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series)
• Regular scheduled meetings
• Telephone and E-mail contact
• Accident Investigation support
• Support for Safety Committee
• Policy writing
• Workplace Risk Assessment
• Specialist Risk Assessments where required
• Programmed Training

CONSULTANCY ONLY

This service is ideal for companies who have their own H&S " Competent Person" but require specialist advice and training, for example:

• Full audit in accordance with BS OHSAS 18001: 2007
  (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series)
• Accident Investigation support
• Policy writing
• Programmed training
• Specialist Risk Assessments
